"I had already read the book Körperverletzung durch Passivrauchen by FRANK WÖCKEL and I was absolutely thrilled that the author had so clearly expressed his support and concern for all victims of passive smoking. Up until now, I had searched in vain for such a book here in Germany. The author's knowledge regarding poisoning by cigarette smoke - to which I am exposed constantly the whole day - is enormous. It was, therefore, only natural that I should also buy Aktiv gegen Passivrauchen. The copiable forms are a really great help as it is so much easier to make complaints with them.
What I like in particular about this book is that all the information it provides has been checked and approved by medical and legal experts. This means I can use the forms now without a second thought for my numerous complaints against smoking.
While my earlier complaints went straight into the waste paper basket, my recent experience shows an improvement, as now my complaints HAVE TO be taken seriously by the authorities concerned. Since then, concrete improvements to the protective laws for nonsmokers have been implemented.
The copiable forms make it quite simple to establish restrictions on the behaviour causing disease and death and to appeal to your landlords and superiors to introduce a smoking ban.
I wish these books tremendous success so that protection of nonsmokers finally becomes a matter of everyday practice in Germany as well, as it already is in so many other countries e.g., Canada, USA, Australia, South Africa, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Italy and Poland."
